You can either sign up for.individual 1hr sessions or take on the full 10hr challenge as a team of four or more.

Fundraising

Participants are encouraged to set up a JustGiving page and fundraise for the charity.

All funds raised will go towards services for local people affected by eating disorders and body image concerns.
